We believe every individual and family deserves to feel included, understood, and empowered. Through guidance, compassion, and encouragement, we help individuals and their loved ones thrive together at every stage of life.
Meet Zeta
I’ve spent the last 17 years working with a range of individual at different ages and stages of life with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) — and I can honestly say, it’s my passion. Every person I’ve worked with has reminded me just how unique and amazing individuals can be when given the right support.
I truly believe that everyone deserves the chance to shine, and I love helping people find their confidence, celebrate their strengths, and reach their goals. For me, it’s about making every person feel valued and seen.
Outside of work, I’m a big believer in balance and joy. You’ll often find me spending time with my family, getting caught up in the magic of Disney, or keeping active (I can’t sit still for long!). These things keep me smiling and full of energy for the work I love.

Our in-depth assessments provide valuable insights into your unique challenges, strengths, and goals. This forms the basis for tailoring our SEND support services to your specific needs and creating a personalised journey towards growth and progress.
Support Sessions
Tailored support sessions focus on actionable steps to help you navigate the challenges of SEND, develop effective coping mechanisms, and achieve sustainable positive changes in all aspects of life. Referrals in to services, setting up transitions in to services and point of contact with the service.
Progress Tracking
Regular progress tracking allows us to refine our strategies, ensuring that you are on the path to achieving your desired outcomes. We are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
Packages
Initial Telephone Consultation – Free (20 minutes)
All services begin with a free, no-obligation 20-minute telephone meeting. This allows us to understand individual’s needs, answer any questions, and recommend the most appropriate support package.
1. Assessment & Action Plan
Cost: £150
Duration: 90 mins (plus written report)
This is the starting point and is usually a one-off session
Purpose: To understand the individual’s needs, challenges, and goals.
What it includes:

Detailed consultation with the individual (and family/carers if relevant)

Review of current situation (education, work, health, social needs)

Identification of barriers and priorities

Recommendations report outlining next steps and possible pathways
2. Individual Outcome-Focused Sessions
Cost: £65 per session
Duration: 1 hour (plus short report)
One-to-one sessions tailored to specific outcomes such as communication, emotional regulation, independence, or learning strategies. Ideal for children and young people who need targeted input.

Bulk Session Packages

Each session includes a brief follow-up summary.
3. Ongoing Monthly Check-Ins
Cost: £30 per month
Duration: 30 minutes per check-in
A flexible monthly support option for families or settings who need ongoing advice, reviews, or emotional support without a full session. Great for maintaining momentum and addressing any new concerns as they arise.
